clicktopurchase® was created by Singer Vielle and represents a genuine first in UK property law: a mechanism by which a legally binding contract for the sale of a commercial property can be exchanged entirely online, without the need for physical signatures or in-person attendance. It was used to complete the first ever online commercial property sale in the United Kingdom in 2009, and has been in continuous operational use since.
