The leading interested party was in a position to exchange contracts, having reviewed the legal package, on 1st November 2024, just over two weeks from marketing launch. This party decided not to proceed as they became aware of the political activity at the property. However, the property remained fully on the market during the process.
A client meeting was held on 15th November 2024, four weeks from the commencement of marketing. Instructions were confirmed to proceed with whichever of the remaining interested invested submitted a legal offer online first.
