Singer Vielle was instructed by Milton Keynes City Council to sell a development site in Bletchley, with an asking price of £360,000.

Marketing commenced on 19th October 2026, supported by a promotional email to Singer Vielle’s extensive UK and international registered investor database. The initial campaign generated over 10,800 reads internationally, followed by a second promotional campaign on 26th October which attracted a further 13,800 reads.
