Both names must exactly match the folders in Dropbox
(case, spaces, and punctuation included). If the folder does not exist yet the tool
creates it on the first completeness check, so there is always a place to file into.
File the documents into the property's Legal Pack folder however they arrive
(the solicitor's own system, Mimecast, download, email) — subfolders are fine, including
one per tenant, and zips are unpacked. You do not need everything before creating the review:
check documents whenever a batch lands, and the tool reports what is still outstanding.
