Description

The property formed part of a block of three buildings within one ownership in Wrexham which Singer Vielle was instructed to offer for sale in 2023 at a price of £412,500.

The property was let to NatWest Bank plc.  However, the lease had expired and the tenant was holding-over, hence no long-term security of tenure for a purchaser.

A private investor was identified during the course of our marketing.  The purchaser submitted an online clicktopurchase® offer two days from inspecting.  The offer was accepted and immediate online contract formed.
