Location

Newbury is an affluent and attractive market town within the M4 Corridor. The town is located approximately 96 km (60 miles) west of Central London, 32 km (20 miles) west of Reading and 45 km (28 miles) south of Oxford.

Situation

The property is situated within the heart of the town centre, occupying a prominent corner position on Bartholomew Street, at its junction with Market Street.

Newbury train station is an approximate three-minute walk to the south.
