Step 2 \u2013 Clear Verification<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cClear Verification\u201d opens an online form to be completed by the Bidder on behalf of the Buyer. Please submit to enable the selling agent to undertake appropriate verification checks. Step 3 \u2013 Make an offer<\/strong><\/p>

Should a property be offered with a deadline for offers, this will be clearly displayed.<\/p>

Should the online clicktopurchase\u00ae offer be accepted, an instant legal contract will have been formed between the Buyer and the Seller. The digitally signed Memorandum of Sale will be emailed to the Bidder. The selling agent or the seller\u2019s solicitor will immediate advise the bank account details for receipt of the contract deposit.<\/p>

Initial Depost Option<\/strong><\/p>

The selling agent may, in certain circumstances, ask a Buyer to pay an \u201cInitial Deposit\u201d before being cleared to submit an offer.
